In this Aug. 8, 2011, file photo, shoppers enter and exit a Kohl's store in San Rafael, Calif.

We have to give Amanda Bell credit: She's a Snapchat extraordinaire.

The 33-year-old Saline resident recently had a frustrating experience while standing in line at Kohl's trying to return an item. The woman in front of her kept asking questions about "Kohl's Cash," which led the woman behind the counter to call for a manager. The manager tried to help the employee while the woman continued to ask Kohl's Cash questions. All this was happening while Bell had to pick up her children "in 15 minutes."

You can imagine the frustration. We've all been there at some point or another. But not everybody turns to Snapchat to deliver a hilarious rant about the experience.

Just check it out for yourself. Bell uses a few of Snapchat's humorous face filters to represent each of the individuals in her experience while using a filter of a high-pitched deer for herself.

Bell posted the Snapchat story to her Facebook on Nov. 21. It has since eclipsed 21 million views and 434,000 shares, leading to national attention, even from Kohl's, which sent Bell its own funny Snapchat video and said it will make things up with her soon.

Bell has her own Facebook page, called "Amanda Bell #keepinitreal" if you want to check out more of her musings.
