Two promoted in Eaton County Sheriff’s Office

CHARLOTTE — Two officers have been promoted following the retirement of a corrections division captain in the Eaton County Sheriff’s Office.

Robert Jordan, who has been with the agency since 2006, was promoted from lieutenant to captain in the corrections unit, Sheriff Tom Reich announced. Sgt. Lawrence Treadwell, a 15-year veteran, was promoted to corrections lieutenant, he said.

The moves were prompted by the retirement of Corrections Capt. Teresa Catey, officials said.
